Reservation Restrictions

1. Reservations can be made up to 7 days prior to the reservation day. 

3. You will be able to book up to 2 courts per reservation. If you need more than two courts, please contact the front desk to complete the reservation. 

4. In the event you need to cancel, you may do so without penalty up to 4 hours prior to the reservation. If you cancel within 4 hours of the reservation start time, you will receive a penalty tally on your account. If this occurs more than twice, you will lose your privilege to make reservations through the mobile app.

Reservation Instructions

1. Click on the green “Reservations” button. Select if you would like Tennis (Indoor), Pickleball (Indoor), or Tennis/Pickleball (Outdoor). You will then see the appropriate court scheduler. 

2. Click on any of the open blocks of time that say “Reserve”. 

   Select the duration and which courts you’d like (max 2). 

   To add players, click “Add Players”. 

   1. You may add other players to your reservation, but only players who are current members will show as an option to add.
   2. We recommend searching by last name!
   3. If you have a non-member who is playing, we recommend you make the reservation, and then ask to add the the non-member(s) to your reservation when you check in. 
3. After adding players, select the fee responsibility (option to split equally). 
4. Select “Confirm”.
